I joined Trackunit to help design and grow a culture that scales trust, not control. I’m energized by the challenge of making people systems a force multiplier – structures that don’t just support growth but also shape it. In my role, I lead our global people and leadership impact agenda, ensuring our culture, capabilities, and teams grow in step with our business ambitions. My focus is on designing adaptive, intentional systems for performance, feedback, and growth – systems that reflect our principles, respond to our context, and serve our purpose. I partner closely with people and teams across the organization to make sure our ways of working are fit for purpose and future-ready.

I’m particularly passionate about reimagining people development the way you would a product: iterative, insight-driven, and human-centered. Built for real people. Informed by real data. Designed to evolve. That means creating structures that are flexible yet grounded – where learning, performance, and engagement aren’t separate tracks, but tightly connected loops driving organizational health and momentum. My work is grounded in one simple idea: if we don’t understand people, we don’t fully understand business.
