Eliminate Downtime
Drawing from her experience in powered access and her work at IPAF, Karin shares ten guiding principles for more inclusion at the workplace. Because to create an organization that’s truly transformative we need to take care of our people.
Karin Nars
Karin is the Managing Director and the co-owner of Dinolift. During her time in operative roles at the company she has mainly held sales and marketing-related positions and is passionate about developing excellent long-term customer and distributor relations.
Karin Nars joined the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) in 2010 as a member of the council and became the first female president of IPAF in its near 40-year history.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to be IPAF’s first female President and to speak about how we can help other women see that there is opportunity in our business. We also have to make visible and highlight women who have already made careers in our industry.”
