Romey Oulton

Romey is a Specialist Consultant on the US team at LMRE, with a particular interest in ESG & Climate Technology. She joined LMRE from Bisnow, the leading B2B commercial real estate digital media and events platform across the US, Canada, UK & Europe, where she worked on the Business Development team.

Given her background, she has an in depth understanding of the industry, along with personal experience in SaaS sales & hyper growth of a business. She also led and supported numerous DEI initiatives & events across the company and has worked closely with some of industry’s leading players (from Director level – C-Suite/Founders) to help champion the deep-rooted challenges the CRE community faces.

Soeren Brogaard

As a CEO at Trackunit, Soeren is leading the alignment of future technology and business strategy, implementing data-driven initiatives to eliminate downtime. The digital transformation of the construction industry is a big passion. His ability to tackle common problems from multiple perspectives makes room for clever thinking and innovative processes. He strongly believes partnerships and tech will positively impact the world.
