New support tools, a more efficient way to onboard Kin Tags, and a new Alert type all launched this quarter in Trackunit Manager.
A new layer of customer support built directly into Trackunit Manager. Messenger is a generative AI tool that crawls Help Center articles to provide you with the support you need, when you need it. Walk through a guided flow of questions and answers or connect with a live Trackunit team member to get answers in real time.
All conversation and ticket history is saved in your account so you can easily reference previous answers. Previous paths to resolution like phone calls and emails are still an option, however Messenger is an excellent way to get answers fast.
Spend less time onboarding multiple tags with our new Kin Fast Onboarding. This new feature enables quick setup and streamlines the installation process for bulk onboarding of Kin tags by uploading a single spreadsheet with all the assets and related metadata. It’s our goal to help you reduce the turnaround time from when you purchase a Kin tag to when you start getting data from that Kin tag.
