I joined Trackunit as CFO in 2019. Following many years with large corporations I felt an urge to be part of an innovative and lean start-up while still leveraging my experience building insightful reporting, systems and scalable support functions. Trackunit has great ambitions, a strong company culture and a unique position in the market. I am looking forward to contributing to this development and to help Trackunit unleash its full potential.

I enjoy working with numbers and dig out the stories behind, while building robust processes and a strong team that support the business.

My motto – adopted from the high-school of my oldest daughter – is ”Make it a great day or not – the choice is yours”. To be successful you need to direct your thinking and energy at what you can impact.

Prior to joining Trackunit I have spent close to 20 years (18 to be precise) with KPMG as an auditor and management consultant including 2 years in the US, 9 years heading Global Finance at pharmaceutical company H. Lundbeck and latest served as EVP & CFO for four years at jewelry company PANDORA.

Outside work I enjoy all kind of outdoor sports including running, biking, mountain biking, triathlon, skiing, kayaking, hiking etc.

I hold a degree in M.Sc. (Econ) Management Accounting & Auditing from Copenhagen Business School, and an E*MBA from Scandinavian International Management Institute (SIMI).
