Meticulously developed in collaboration with construction industry leaders to endure the most demanding environments and unforeseen challenges to propel connected equipment solutions into the future to unlock your fleet’s full working potential.

With 10x performance and edge computing at its core, this revolutionary new device is equipped with all the advanced capabilities needed today, to ensure frictionless adaptability and readiness for whatever lies ahead.

K300

The K300 follows the tried-and-trusted DualID II that helped establish the Pass family at the head of the access management transformation in construction. For construction OEMs and Fleet Owners looking to maintain safety & control while maximizing machine usage, Trackunit Pass with Access Management unlocks a new era of digital operators, boosting safe operation and accelerating new revenue models.

Trackunit Pass also enables fleet managers to use Trackunit On to set up access to machines via card, pin code, or smartphone. This gives them instant control over who uses a machine, the ability set specific times for use, and the opportunity to prevent under-qualified personnel gaining access to equipment.

Collaborating on Connectivity

Collaboration is critical to eliminating downtime in construction. Trackunit actively seeks out industry partners to find ways to make day-to-day operations safer, smarter, and more reflective of what’s actually happening on jobsites.

Ensure safe usage by automatically validating operators IPAF certificates and licenses with the new IPAF Link app. By linking IPAF certifications to operators, this app validates that only qualified personnel can operate mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), making jobsites safer and managing access more efficient.

Cummins App

The Cummins Connected Diagnostics App brings engineering insights to service providers and fleet owners for faster fault resolution. Available through Trackunit Marketplace, Cummins Connected Diagnostics enables service personnel to gain clarity on faults, increase repair efficiency and maximize uptime, and see true engine utilization data. Precision Usage

Precision Usage captures machine utilization using advanced models that are tailored to the machine type. In collaboration with our OEM partners, machine data points and thresholds are selected to precisely define machine utilization. With the first phase of Precision Usage, customers can clock real jobsite productivity with Skyjack electric scissor lifts by identifying when height is greater than 5% and load is greater than 20% capacity.

Sustainability Updates

Trackunit’s Emissions Reporting solution for construction equipment is the easiest way to monitor, manage and report fleet CO2 emissions to achieve business and emissions targets. Enhancements to Emissions Reporting launched Q2 2024 include are noted below.

Emissions Summary for Sites

Customers subscribed to Emissions Reporting can eliminate time spent on manual guesswork across projects with automated fleet-wide fuel and emissions tracking across individual jobsites.

To help keep projects on track, the Sites app in Trackunit Manager captures a summary of fuel use and emissions in the past 12 months from assets within a user-defined area, whether a jobsite, depot, or a specific geographic area. The emissions summary for Sites also includes month-by-month breakdowns, which can be filtered by operating hours, fuel and energy, and captured in a downloadable report.

Data Source Score

With Data Source Score, customers subscribed to Emissions Reporting now see exactly where their emissions data quality stands. Data Source Score provides a score at both fleet and equipment levels, and directly links to the meta data menu so users can easily enter missing information to boost data quality.
