I am strong believer in embracing and driving change. Leaning forward into challenges and uncertainty with a desire to create tangible and lasting impact fuels a passion to serve a greater purpose. This is perhaps what attracted me most to Trackunit – the opportunity to join a purpose-driven team that refuses to settle for the status quo and proactively seeks to cultivate change to improve the world around us by eliminating downtime in construction.

At Trackunit, I oversee the development and execution of our organic and inorganic growth strategies, working closely with each functional area to find and accelerate new opportunities to spark change and create value for our customers and industry. Prior to joining Trackunit, I served as a leadership team member within Bain & Company’s Private Equity Group (PEG) and Technology and Cloud Services (TCS) practice areas.

Personally, I am also passionate about building resilient and high performing teams who thrive in high-tempo environments. This passion and a purpose-driven mindset were forged in my 10+ years as a former U.S. Marine Corps officer – having led diverse groups of individuals in combat and taught leadership at the university level.

I currently hold an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden.
