I lead Trackunit’s global engineering team, where I focus on driving high-quality innovations that meet our customers’ needs. My role spans the development of IoT devices, IT security, data foundations, site reliability engineering, and managing multiple development teams. One of my key achievements has been bringing together teams across locations and disciplines, fostering collaboration.
Before joining Trackunit, my career began at LEGO, where I worked on projects like LEGO Mindstorms and LEGO Digital Designer, which ignited my passion for software development. Moving to Bang & Olufsen allowed me to lead a digital transformation and explore leadership without formal authority. At Schneider Electric, I built SaaS platforms and led engineering teams, but I wanted a more software-centric challenge, which I found at Humio. There, I scaled the development team, increased diversity, and contributed to Humio’s $400M acquisition by CrowdStrike.
I hold a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Aarhus, with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction and System Development, and have completed leadership courses that inform my empathetic and inclusive leadership style. I’m passionate about preserving retro computer games and fostering diversity, and I believe in bold, empathetic leadership that creates a positive impact on both employees and customers. My leadership philosophy centers around the belief that “great teams create great products“ and I strive to build an inclusive and collaborative environment at Trackunit.
My vision is to deliver the best platform for the construction industry while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within Trackunit and the industry as a whole.
