Holger Pietzsch

Holger is part of the leadership team at Hexagon Geosystems, and previously Caterpillar executive in the role of ‘Head of Business Model Transformation’. He’s passionate about moving the heavy construction industry towards an interlinked, data-centric future where contractors can work profitably, sustainably and safely. He’s also serving as Chairman of the Digital Taskforce of Committee for European Construction Equipment, representing the European equipment manufacturers. The CECE digital task force provides key input in support of the EU DigiPLACE initiative for digitizing the construction sector.

Holger focuses on profitably servitizing and digitizing business models in the capital equipment and construction industry including technologies, aftermarket solutions, financial services, rental businesses, performance contracts and smart goods and services.

Soeren Brogaard

As a CEO at Trackunit, Soeren is leading the alignment of future technology and business strategy, implementing data-driven initiatives to eliminate downtime. The digital transformation of the construction industry is a big passion. His ability to tackle common problems from multiple perspectives makes room for clever thinking and innovative processes.
