The Media Library platform is provided “as is.” All intellectual property rights to the Media Library and the content hereof belongs exclusively to Trackunit ApS. Reproduction of any content of the Media Library shall each time acknowledge the source and be loyal to the original work. Trackunit ApS reserves its rights in all respects to take action against any use that is detrimental to the Trackunit brand and Trackunit ApS’ intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, an alteration of an original work.

No warranty expressed or implied is given as to the content, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Trackunit ApS is in no event liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages including, but not limited to any loss of data or pecuniary loss arising out of the use of the Media Library platform and its content, including any damages resulting therefrom, regardless of the form of the action or the basis of the claim.
