As the company grew quickly in the number of employees and the size of its fleet of equipment, he realized they were facing a bigger challenge: how do you put the equipment to work instead of having it sit in the yard when it\u2019s not being used? From this challenge DOZR was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soeren Brogaard<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the CEO at Trackunit, Soeren is leading the alignment of future technology and business strategy, implementing data-driven initiatives to eliminate downtime. The digital transformation of the construction industry is a big passion. His ability to tackle common problems from multiple perspectives makes room for clever thinking and innovative processes.
