She also mentors for BRICKS Innovation, the leading Israeli innovation hub focused on Real Estate technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To promote the industry she is so passionate about, Louisa set up the Global podcast \u2018The Propcast\u2019 where she hosts and invites guests from the built environment space to join her in conversation about innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Romey Oulton<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Romey is a Specialist Consultant on the US team at LMRE, with a particular interest in ESG &amp; Climate Technology. She joined LMRE from Bisnow, the leading B2B commercial real estate digital media and events platform across the US, Canada, UK &amp; Europe, where she worked on the Business Development team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Given her background, she has an in depth understanding of the industry, along with personal experience in SaaS sales &amp; hyper growth of a business. She also led and supported numerous DEI initiatives &amp; events across the company and has worked closely with some of industry\u2019s leading players (from Director level \u2013 C-Suite\/Founders) to help champion the deep-rooted challenges the CRE community faces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soeren Brogaard<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a CEO at Trackunit, Soeren is leading the alignment of future technology and business strategy, implementing data-driven initiatives to eliminate downtime. The digital transformation of the construction industry is a big passion. His ability to tackle common problems from multiple perspectives makes room for clever thinking and innovative processes.
