Because to create an organization that&rsquo;s <span style=\"color: #262626;\">truly transformative we need to take care of our people.<\/span><\/p><h1>About the speakers<\/h1><p><strong>Karin Nars<\/strong><\/p><p>Karin is the Managing Director and the co-owner of Dinolift. During her time in operative roles at the company she has mainly held sales and marketing-related positions and is passionate about developing excellent long-term customer and distributor relations.<\/p><p>Karin Nars joined the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) in 2010 as a member of the council and became the first female president of IPAF in its near 40-year history.<\/p><p>\u201cIt\u2019s a fantastic opportunity to be IPAF\u2019s first female President and to speak about how we can help other women see that there is opportunity in our business. We also have to make visible and highlight women who have already made careers in our industry.\u201d<\/p><p><strong>Soeren Brogaard<\/strong><\/p><p>As a CEO at Trackunit, Soeren is leading the alignment of future technology and business strategy, implementing data-driven initiatives to eliminate downtime. The digital transformation of the construction industry is a big passion. His ability to tackle common problems from multiple perspectives makes room for clever thinking and innovative processes.
